Violet and sequins

Hi there! 

Violet is actually my favorite color, in fact, the other shades that resembles this color (purple/lavender) are also on my list too! But I don't like the idea of wearing it on because it would be too obvious (especially for those people who knows me too well). Hehe!

But in this case, I have to make an excemption. About the dress, it is a two piece type of dress detailed with sequins that makes it chic, stylish, and eye-catching. It has this layer which can be removed if you preferred a simpler look. I actually bought this dress for the price of 45 riyals or 450 ph, would you believe? For a lovely dress like this for that amount is already a chance of a lifetime.

Rugsy

Boyfriend shorts + sexy top? Why not? Not too sexy and not too boyish at the same time. Rugged chic type of look that's very fashionable and comfortable to wear. Rugsy (Rugged and Sexy) is how I would call it.

Shade of Grey

It ain't black, it ain't white? Shade of grey it is. Grey being a neutral color would easily stand out that's why grey is an essential color in fashion. It's chic and it's the type of color that you can easily pair/match with. 

I loved this simple V-neck shirt and this black skirt that I both got from Forever 21. The whole look is simple and anyone can just pull this off flawlessly.

The Metallic Gold Effect

First and foremost, I love metallics! Did I just mention that I love metallics? 

For these past months, I have a thing for metallic gold. I just love how easily it can be paired without going over the top and still looks chic and simple. The metallic feel still makes a statement as it reflects in the light. The gold color adds up to the whole outfit, making it look fancy and expensive. (Even though it's not. Hehe!)

The Elie Saab Haute Couture 2014 Collection: Not all that Glitter is gold

Elie Saab, a Lebanese fashion designer and world-known for his amazing works, recently held a fashion show showcasing his newest Haute Couture collection. (Haute, meaning fashionably elegant or high class as defined) His collection was so stunning that I was left in awe as I was checking out his chic website here.  Looking at those intricate designs was like looking through another dimension of the couture world and it was like magic. It was like watching diamonds walk through that runway and all eyes on those beautiful pieces. All of the pieces were chic and sophisticated.  Elie Saab, definitely proved that he's a master in his craft and a total genius for creating such collections of pure glittering haute couture.
