Coffeefudge & Appleberrypie is the title that would appear across your screens as you open the main domain for the two main reasons, Coffeefudge because she loves coffee, coffee, and coffee. And there's no other cute way to put out the title of coffee on that screen than Coffeefudge. The Appleberrypie signifies her love of sweets, such as cakes, cupcakes, brownies, etc... The tagline "And all my sweet nothings," refers to the idea of the random things she puts into writing.
