Red Velvet in a Bite

Our morning was literally smelling "yummy" as my aunt was baking Red velvet today. One mini cupcake can melt those taste buds out and blow your minds as it is remarkably tasty and delicious! The taste is well balanced between the chocolate and the light cream cheese frosting on it. It serves as a great afternoon snack either with coffee or fresh milk.
So here are my snapshots of those terrific, miniature cupcakes that were super cute and delicious at the same.

Mickey Mouse Inspired Giant Cupcake

I'm sorry but I can't get enough of this super cute Mickey Mouse inspired Giant Cupcake made by my aunt (which by the way has her own blog). So I had to post it. She made this today for it was an order she got for a little boy's birthday party. I find this sophisticatedly cute. Simple but elegant. It's basically a pound cake topped with buttercream frosting and it doesn't just look amazing, it tastes delicious as well. I'm proud to say that Cupcake Loops by Corinne (my Aunt) uses only the finest ingredients for its cakes.
The giant cupcake is actually one of her best sellers, alongside with the cupcakes at brownies she sells.

Red Velvet Brownie with Cheesecake Swirl

Hey There!

Today, we (my aunt and I) thought of doing an experiment with regards to making another brownie recipe. So we opted to make a red velvet brownie with cheesecake swirl instead. Yes, you heard that right! It's not your regular Red Velvet cake or cupcake---it is Brownies!  Fingers-crossed though because this is the first time we are making this. You can check out the recipe at her blog

And "taadddaaahh!" This was the end result and yes, definitely delicious, yummy, and mouth-watering with its crunchy top and it is moist! So it will definitely take your brownie experience to the next level. It only takes 10-15 mins prep time, and about 30-40 mins baking time for you to have your own version of this recipe. Or you could contact my aunt for orders, if you like. (Hehe!)
