My Little cousin (Ryker) just celebrated his birthday today at school (J & J), and he just turned two! How time flies fast when I just passed my NLE (Nursing board exam), then a month later, he arrived in our lives and life was never the same again.

To THIS! and look at those teeth
So anyways, we were at his school this morning to have his mini birthday celebration. My Aunt (Epicureanmommy@blogspot.com) took care of everything, from the cupcakes to the chickens, and spaghetti.

My aunt opted to have cupcakes without the C-A-K-E for a more practical and easier way to distribute it for the youngsters, plus less the mess. : )
The cupcakes were of two (2) kinds: The simple vanilla Cupcakes and the Moist chocolate cupcakes. As for the kids to choose their likes.
As for me, the frosting nailed it! It was
Cream Cheese frosting.
With this tier, was the simple vanilla cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting- strawberry.
Moist chocolate cupcakes was a catch! Improvised it by putting up decorative paper balloons instead of frosting.
